Start with the order you already created
If checkout stops loading or a payment remains pending, return to your existing order before creating another purchase. Keep the same event, ticket quantity and order reference in view. A bank or wallet notification records activity on the payment side; the order page tells you whether BuyTicket has confirmed the booking.
Check that you are signed in with the account used for the purchase. If you checked out using an email address, use the order or ticket link supplied for that booking. Look in spam or junk folders, but do not assume a missing email means the payment failed.
Compare the details without sharing sensitive codes
Match the amount, payment time and transaction reference to the order. Payment methods vary between events, so follow the instructions shown by that checkout. For a bank transfer, follow any receipt-upload instructions and remember that submitting a receipt is different from the payment being verified.
If the amount has left your account but the order is not confirmed, contact support before paying again. Send the event name, order reference, payment method, amount, approximate time and provider transaction reference. Redact unrelated balances or transactions from screenshots. Never send your password, card security code or one-time login code.
Know when you are ready to enter
A payment screenshot is not a substitute for an issued ticket. Confirm the order status and open the ticket or QR code before travelling. If the event is starting soon, tell support the event start time so they understand the urgency; do not assume an instant response or a guaranteed ticket while a payment is being investigated.
- Keep the original order reference.
- Check the order and payment records together.
- Contact support before repeating an uncertain payment.
- Open the issued ticket before leaving for the venue.
