Business and merchant

BuyTicket is a ticketing service operated by TopGrade Software House, the merchant for the platform. Event organizers remain responsible for producing and delivering their listed events. Our business address and contact details appear below.

Ticket prices and service fees

Ticket prices are set for each event and ticket category and displayed in PKR unless another currency is expressly stated. The advertised ticketing service fee is 3% of each ticket price. The organizer agreement determines whether the organizer pays this fee or it is added to the buyer’s total.

Review the final order total, including applicable fees, discounts and taxes, before paying. Additional services or payment charges must be disclosed before purchase. Existing organizer agreements retain their agreed commercial terms.

Orders and payment confirmation

Provide accurate buyer and contact details. Use only the payment methods available for your order. An order marked pending, or a payment screenshot on its own, is not confirmation of successful payment. Tickets are issued after the payment is confirmed or an eligible free order is completed.

Invoices and receipts reflect the actual order and payment status. Keep the order reference and contact support if you believe a payment has been charged more than once or the status is incorrect.

Digital ticket delivery

Tickets are delivered digitally through the order or ticket page and the delivery channels available for the event, such as email or WhatsApp. No physical shipping is required. Manual payment checks can delay ticket release until verification is complete.

Check the event date, venue, ticket category and admission conditions. Keep your QR code and ticket link secure. Contact support with your order reference if you cannot access a confirmed ticket.

Refunds and event cancellations

Read the event’s refund, cancellation, postponement and admission terms before buying. Event organizers are responsible for their event conditions and for resolving event-related refund obligations; applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

Submit a refund request through your order where available, or contact support with your order reference and reason. A request is reviewed against the event terms and payment records; submitting it does not mean it has been approved. The approved amount, any applicable fee treatment, refund method and expected processing time will be communicated when the request is resolved.

Accounts, admission and acceptable use

Keep your credentials secure and use the service lawfully. Organizers must provide accurate event information and ticket rules. Buyers must comply with the admission conditions disclosed for their event.

Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fraudulent payments or unlawful activity. We remain responsible for the services we provide; organizers remain responsible for delivery of their events.
