How the 3% fee works
BuyTicket's ticketing platform fee is 3% of the ticket price. Your organizer agreement specifies whether it is deducted from the organizer's proceeds or added to the customer's total.
- Customer pays: a PKR 1,000 ticket plus a PKR 30 platform fee totals PKR 1,030, before any other applicable charges.
- Organizer pays: the customer pays the PKR 1,000 ticket price; the PKR 30 platform fee is deducted from organizer proceeds, before any other applicable charges.
- Any applicable taxes, payment-processing charges and settlement terms are specified in the agreement. Customers see the order total before payment.
