When tickets are issued
Tickets become available after successful payment confirmation, or completion of an eligible free order. For payments that require manual verification, an uploaded payment screenshot does not release the tickets until the payment has been checked.
Where to find your tickets
Use your order or ticket page to access the confirmed tickets. Email or WhatsApp delivery is available according to the event’s delivery settings. Provide accurate contact details and check your spam folder if an expected email is missing.
Delivery and access problems
If payment is confirmed but the ticket is missing, contact support with your order reference and the email or phone used for the booking. We can check the order and help with access or resending where available. Do not place another paid order solely because a message has not arrived.
Ticket security and event entry
Keep ticket links and QR codes private. Each ticket is subject to the event’s date, venue, ticket category and admission conditions. Digital delivery is not confirmation that an event has taken place, and a cancelled or refunded ticket is not valid for entry.
